IntraPac International Corporation has acquired Precision Concepts Costa Rica (PCCR), a medical device manufacturer based near San Jose, Costa Rica. This acquisition enhances IntraPac’s capabilities and product offerings. PROINVE acted as the Exclusive Lead Advisor in the sale of PCCR operations to ONCAP.

ONCAP announced a significant investment in Biomerics, which is merging with Precision Concepts Medical. This partnership includes Biomerics’ founder, Wasatch Equity Partners, and the Marino family. PROINVE was the exclusive Lead Advisors for Precision Concepts Group in the sale of its operations to Precision Concepts International (April 2023), which subsequently merged with Biomerics.
